These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.libravocational.com, enrollment in our courses, and any related services offered by Libra (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 To enroll in a course, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued ID.

1.3 All fees must be paid per communication from those incharge of finance. We offer various payment options, which will be outlined during the enrollment process.

2.1 Regular attendance and active participation are crucial for successful learning. Minimum attendance requirements will be communicated for each course.
2.2 You are responsible for completing all course assignments and assessments on time.
2.3 Libra reserves the right to dismiss a student for non-attendance, disruptive behavior, or failure to meet academic standards.
2.4 Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certificate or diploma depending on the program.
3.1 All course materials, including lectures, presentations, notes, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Libra.
3.3 You may not distribute, reproduce, or modify any course materials without our written permission.
3.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal educational purposes only.
4.1 Libra strives to provide high-quality education and accurate information. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the course content or the Services.
4.2 You acknowledge that participation in our courses does not guarantee job placement or success in any specific field.
4.3 Libra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services.
5.1 These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for so long as you use the Services.
5.2 We may terminate your access to the Services for breach of these Terms or violation of our policies.
6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
6.2 Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by the competent courts of Luwero District, Uganda.
7.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Libra regarding the use of the Services.
